All account transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). idr77 supports BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and active bonus wagering requirements.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 Access to and use of the idr77 platform is restricted to adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the platform. idr77 does not permit participation by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.

3.2 One Account per player. Each individual natural person may hold only one idr77 Account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any third party. idr77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that arises from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 You must notify idr77 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, a security breach, or the compromise of your login credentials.
3.5 idr77 may require Users to complete KYC verification at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon detection of unusual account activity. Required KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and documentation confirming ownership of registered payment methods.
4.1 All Account transactions on idr77 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). idr77 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made via Indonesian payment methods; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own service fees, which are beyond idr77's control.
4.2 Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts per method are as follows:
4.3 Deposits are credited to the Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by idr77's payment processing system. Standard crediting times are one to five minutes for bank transfers and near-instant for e-wallet deposits, though delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside idr77's direct control.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received during normal business hours (WIB, UTC+7). idr77 targets a processing time of one to twenty-four hours for standard withdrawal requests. Requests requiring additional KYC review may take longer.
4.5 idr77 reserves the right to decline or reverse a withdrawal request where: (a) the KYC verification process is incomplete; (b) active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been satisfied; (c) fraudulent, collusive, or irregular betting patterns have been identified; or (d) the withdrawal is connected to a suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.6 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been registered to the same Account and verified as belonging to the Account holder. idr77 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment methods or accounts under any circumstances.
5.1 idr77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.
5.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all idr77 promotions:
5.3 idr77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting by groups of players to guarantee outcomes, placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements (so-called "bonus hedging"), and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional mechanics rather than engage in genuine recreational betting.
5.4 Where bonus abuse is detected, idr77 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel outstanding bets placed with Bonus Funds, and suspend or permanently close the Account, with or without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on idr77 — including slots, live casino tables, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, sportsbook markets, and bingo — are governed by the rules published within the respective game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between those in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the in-game rules explicitly state otherwise.

6.5 In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including server interruption, connectivity failure, or platform error — idr77 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its state prior to the fault. Where this is not possible, affected bets will be voided and the relevant stake returned to the Account Balance.
7.1 idr77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling on idr77 is intended to be a form of entertainment. The platform provides a suite of voluntary player-protection tools accessible from within any logged-in Account at any time:

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the idr77 platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any Account Balance:

9.1 All content on the idr77 platform — including but not limited to the idr77 brand name, logos, trade marks, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of idr77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any platform content; scraping or systematically extracting data from the platform; or using the idr77 brand or trade marks in any context without the express prior written consent of idr77.

10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible-gaming monitoring, and platform communication. idr77 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.
10.3 All data transmissions between your device and the idr77 platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Stored Account data is held in encrypted form on secure servers accessible only to authorised personnel.
11.1 idr77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While idr77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of harmful components.

12.2 Upon Account closure, any Balance remaining after deduction of voided Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting idr77 customer support. All pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes before the Account is closed, and any remaining Balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

Where a material change is made, idr77 will notify registered users by email to the address on record or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the amended terms taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the idr77 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact customer support to close your Account.
